1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://mehrunidigital.com or entering into an agreement with Mehruni Digital Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Studio Scope & Engagements
All custom software, website builds, and identity work are governed by our transparent 4-phase delivery process (Scoping, Design, Build, Ship). All milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules are documented in written agreements prior to commencement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of custom code, custom designs, brand identities, and proprietary digital assets transitions to the client. Open-source libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective open licenses.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
